Returns

In the rare situation where you are not satisfied with any purchase from us...

You may send the item back for refund within fifteen(15) days of the date you received it.
To send us an item under warranty (not refund) for repair click here.


Refunds

Full refunds will be issued in the method you paid, usually within 48 hours of our receipt and examination of the return.  Shipping charges are your responsibility and are not refunded.


Exchanges or Credit

Should you wish to exchange the item for something else, we will issue you a credit that can be used at anytime with CanadaJewels.


Return Procedure

Email us for a return authorization code.  We do not accept parcels without an authorization code.

Securely package your item, along with all the item documentation, boxes, instructions, warranties and certificates you received.

When you address the parcel do not use CanadaJewels, (for security reasons)
please use "CanadaJ".  Do not write diamonds, jewellery or Rolex anywhere on the parcel.

Please ship via a traceable method as you are responsible for the parcel reaching us.


For International and USA Returns

Essential

Place a note inside the parcel with "Returned for Refund" boldly and clearly written on the paper. 

On the customs document (green paper sticker attached to outside of parcel or waybill)
define the item as "used watch" and state clearly that it is...
"returned for refund."
(for Canadian customs clearance)

this is essential - fail to do this, we will refuse the parcel
as we will be charged 12% duty/taxes plus brokerage fees on the return

We'll email you confirmation when we have received your return and issued you a refund.


What May Not Be Returned for Refund

• Items that have been altered, sized or engraved

• Items that have been worn or damaged

• Items that have been in your possession for longer than the fifteen(15) day inspection period

• Items without a return authorization code

• Jewelry or watches without the boxes, certificates, instructions, warranty cards and guarantees we sent you with it

Your shipping label should look much like this with the return authorization code (xxx) we sent you added.
